“You carry all the ingredients to turn your life into a nightmare, don't mix them. You carry all the ingredients to turn your existence into joy, mix them, mix them."

-Hafiz

After several decades of practicing and teaching yoga and meditation, I understand the importance of the mind-body-spirit connection. I also understand the importance of working together to discover the treatment approach that fosters deeper self-awareness that will help you build tools to better cope with whatever is happening in your life. I work from a place of non-judgement, authenticity and warmth, incorporating an integrative and evidence-based approach for clients of diverse backgrounds, ages, and presenting problems.

I am a licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Masters program in Mental Health Counseling and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) with advanced training in Mindfulness Meditation and yoga. I completed my graduate clinical experience in community mental health settings and private practice.

Whatever it is you are dealing with, you do not have to face it alone. We will work together in a safe, compassionate, curious, and healing environment to understand and begin to heal whatever is blocking you from feeling connected, whole, safe, and healthy. You can feel free to share your life and whatever you are facing. I work holistically, meaning I consider mind, body and spirit and I am dedicated to helping you gain insight and develop tools to cultivate personal growth and relief from symptoms.
