Psychotherapy

I work holistically, meaning I consider the mind, body, and spirit. I am dedicated to helping you gain insight and develop tools to cultivate personal growth and relief from symptoms. You don’t have to face your struggles alone. We will work together in a safe, compassionate, curious, and healing environment to understand and begin to heal whatever is blocking you from feeling connected, whole, safe, and healthy. You can feel free to share your life and whatever you are facing. This type of work creates deep and lasting change.

After several decades of practicing and teaching yoga and meditation, I understand the importance of the mind-body-spirit connection. Together we will collaborate to discover the treatment approach that fosters deeper self-awareness and will help you build tools to better cope with whatever is happening in your life. I work from a place of non-judgement, authenticity and warmth, incorporating an integrative and evidence-based approach for clients of diverse backgrounds, ages, and presenting problems. I work with individuals, couples, and groups.

Sometimes additional support services are needed for successful treatment. When this arises, I work with clients to assist in making appropriate referrals. With the client’s permission and signed release, I will collaborate with other professionals involved in treatment to assure continuity of care. These professionals can include, but are not limited to, Psychiatrist, Primary Care Physician, Functional Medicine Doctor, Neurologist, Nutritionist, Acupuncturist, etc..

Whatever is going on, you do not have to face it alone.
